All service details, pricing, and timelines will be provided in your written estimate. We reserve the right to modify services based on site conditions discovered during installation.
Estimates and Pricing
We provide free estimates for all projects. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Final pricing may vary if project scope changes or unexpected site conditions are discovered.
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before beginning work, with the balance due upon completion.
Installation and Timeline
We will provide you with an estimated timeline for your project. While we strive to meet all deadlines, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site complications.
You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the installation area and removing any obstacles before our arrival.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work with a workmanship warranty. The artificial grass products we install come with manufacturer warranties, which will be provided to you after installation.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, pet damage beyond normal wear, or modifications made by anyone other than our team.
Cancellations and Changes
You may cancel or reschedule your project by contacting us at least 48 hours before the scheduled installation date. Cancellations with less notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Changes to project scope after work has begun may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.
Liability
We carry full liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked or disclosed before work begins.
You agree to have all underground utilities marked by calling 811 before we begin work.
